Rev. Donna Marsh is a graduate of Smith College and Princeton Theological Seminary. She currently serves on the board of Presbyterians for Renewal and on the presbytery's Permanent Judicial Commission. Previously, Rev. Marsh was the Associate Pastor of Darnestown Presbyterian Church in Maryland and a Commissioner to the 2006 General Assembly.
Donna, her husband Ken, and their two young daughters Lauren and Jamie live in Bethesda, MD.
The Rev. Evangeline Taylor is Parish Visitor. She received her M. Div. from Virginia Theological Seminary after completing a career as a military musician as Soprano soloist first with The United States Navy Band and then with Pershing's Own The United States Army Band. She served as Solo Pastor at Unity Presbyterian Church in Temple Hills, MD, following an Interim position at Hope Presbyterian Church in Mitchellville, MD and Stated Supply at Community Presbyterian Church in Alexandria, VA. Since becoming a member of the National Capital Presbytery, Evangeline also served on the Worship and Theology Committee and was a delegate at the 214th General Assembly.
Before coming to National, Evangeline served as a Resident Chaplain at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Her husband, Jeffrey, is a Registration Specialist at the US Copyright Office, Library of Congress and Director of Music at Heritage Presbyterian Church in Alexandria, VA. They have two daughters. Adrienne and her husband, John Magnuson, have two daughters Elle and Eva. She is a full time mom who also teaches ballet. Lisa and her husband, Adam Williamson, are members of the US Coast Guard Band in New London, Connecticut, where Lisa is the Vocal Soloist.
