NPC provides classes for all ages: children, youth, and adults. These classes are a primary context for connection to others in the church and a place for learning and growing in relationship with Jesus Christ.
Children are grouped according to age, providing attentive care and small class size. Children, ages 6 weeks through five years, are cared for in our nurseries all morning on Sundays, while classes for children, ages 2 through 5th grade, provide structured Christian education in both traditional and Montessori curriculum, augmented by National's Milestones in Worship Education program. More information is available here: Children's Ministries.
Youth, from 6th grade through high school, meet for worship on Sunday mornings, with age-appropriate classes. Our classes seek to build strong positive relationships among the youth and their leaders, connecting the message of Scripture to their everyday lives. Learn more about Youth here: Youth Ministries
Adults classes fulfill two purposes: They are places of connection and community and contexts for learning and growth in our faith in Christ. Class studies center on the Bible and its message for us today. You can find more information here: Adult Ministries
Our goal for adults is described in the apostle Paul's prayer:
"that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God..."
- (Colossians 1:9-10)
